If I understand you correctly, you wonder what "Adobe After Effects 12.0 Win en_US Shortcuts.txt" is called on mac?

If so, you can find the file by open Preferences (in AE) -> (click then on) open in Finder:

"Adobe After Effects 12.0 Mac en_US Shortcuts.txt"
