@Mylenium When I'm exporting in hardware then it is black and glitchy video with small file size and when I'm exporting in software encoding it's smooth and the file size is very large

Are you using the latest Nvidia GPU Studio driver? If so, downgrade a version and test. Some users have reported similar issue and they were able to fix it by installing the previous version of the Nvidia Studio driver.

Neither? Ultimately hardware encoding is merely a way of making thingsfaster by outsourcing some hard math crunching to the GPU, but under the same conditions the result would be identical. Anything beyond that would require a specific explanation of what you expect or what differences you see.
