Hello,
For a few days now I have not been able to move forward in my video project,
because of a sound preview problem in After Effects.
I have a sound plugin (AE juice) and when I put the sounds in After Effects
I can't hear them and it is therefore difficult to stall the sound at the right time.
Do you have any ideas ? Thank you in advance 🙂

Hi Jacques,
Thanks for writing in.
What's the version of After Effects and your system specifications (CPU, GPU, RAM, OS)? Could you share more details about the audio file you're working with (format/codec)? Also, have you tried removing the plug-in? Does the audio work if you remove it?
Let us know, we're here to help.
Thanks,
Nishu

Hi Nishu and thank you for your quick reply!
I have After Effects version 17.0.0, 8GB of RAM + Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-6500U CPU @ 2.50GHz 2.59 GHz with Windows 10.
I've tried to remove the plugin but nothing happened. (Since forever, only one of my headphones worked while all the other headphones didn't hear audio.)
Thanks a lot!

If you're not hearing audio with your Preview, double-check the following:
If you're still not hearing audio and the source footage file is not already an AIF or WAV file, try converting it outside of After Effects and then replacing it. (Select the audio file in the Project panel and then choose File > Replace Footage > File.)
