Speed synchronization between text and audio

The typical workflow to sync audio to animation is to use layer markers. Premiere Pro or Audition can automatically add and name makers to an audio track, or you can place them yourself using the shortcut keys (Ctrl + 8 on a Mac). Then it's just a matter of tying the highlight to the marker with expressions. 

Your screen capture video gives us no indication of your workflow, so it's pretty hard to give you specific instructions that will fit your project.
