Stability for Trapcode MIR in AE?

Hi there.

I'm using Trapcode MIR version 3.2.2 (latest version) on AE 18.4.1

MacPro 8Core (Late2013) with 32GigRAM & D700 's .

AE seems to keep crashing as I make adjustments to MIR.
What's the most stable version combination to run? I'm only doing 1080p comps...

MIR uses GPU acceleration so the first thing I would do is check your GPU drivers. It is a bit of a pain on a Mac to do that.

If that fails, open up the Creative Cloud app, find After Effects in the Apps section, click on the three dots to tor right of the Open button and roll back to a previous version or try the Beta version of AE if you have access to that. I am not having any problems at all with MIR 3 on my M1 Mac Mini.

I think I have it solved. I'm opening old projects and turns out that I had an old License for a previous version of MIR installed while having the new vesion installed too. I was accessing the old version because the old projects called it.
Opening the new version from the RG Trapcode folder works fine by the looks of it.

I ended up unistalling and re-installing. Seems fine now.

Let's see how it goes.
