I downloaded after effect from the creative cloud but when it doesn't start up. unknown error!

Sorry for your issue.

What happens when you try to open After Effects. Do you see any error message or crash report? What are your system specifications (CPU, GPU, RAM)?

Thanks! These are the info on my mac:
imac: (21.5-inch, Late 2012)
processor: 2.7 GHz quad-core Intel Core i5
Startup Disk: Mac SSD
Memory: 8GB 1600MHz DDR3
Graphics Card: NVIDIA GeForce GT 640M 512MB

 

The error message (in Italian) is:

Ita/ "After Effects - Impossibile continuare: errore imprevisto durante l'avvio della applicazione"

Eng/ "After Effects - Unable to continue: unexpected error while starting the application"
