Stills Exporting at Half Resolution

I'm exporting stills from a project in Ae. The composition is 1920x1080, however under Output Module Settings, "Resize" is unchecked and indicates rendering at 960x540 (i.e. ½ the true resolution).

 

Why is this? Never encountered it before.

In the Render Settings, set the Resolution pop-up menu to "Full".

 

 

An wasy to do this is to use the "Best Settings" Render Settings template.

Check the Render settings and the Comp Resolution.
