Stroke Width

Shape Layer1 is duplicated to have two. I want to change the Stroke Width of the Shape Layer1. It does not come. How can it be done? video is attached

You may want to try applying the Stroke Effect from Effects and Presets. This effect is easy to work with.

The Shape Layer where you are adjusting the Stroke Width is disabled - it's Layer Visibility icon, te Eyeball is off. Enable it and you should see your Stroke Width adjustments. HTH
