sudden response lag in one composition

For some reason, the response time in my comp for moving layers around and zooming (ALT scroll) are very slow. Not sure what keyboard combo I hit accidentally, but I can't figure this out. When I open a previous filesave I have no issues, so it's not a system or software prob, it's directly related to some toggle I set in the comp and it's slowing down all response to edits etc. Any help??

Well, we can't know what you don't know. At the very least you could provide a screenshot of the whole mess so we might be lucky to spot a wrongly set layer switch or comp viewer switch, but otherwise this sin't going anywhere. There is no general "turn AE into molasses" button just like in the opposite direction there is no "make AE render fast" button that people always look for.

Yeah I figured that... but thought someone might have a "rough" solution. I think it's due to having my 3D layers set to continuous Raster all the way through. But still not sure. What I have been trying to figure out is how the attached happens and what it is for...(highlight area)

Please re-upload the image through an external service like Flickr. or Google Drive. Unfortunately the forum software downsizes them and nothing is recognizable.
