The 3D camera tracking circle is huge

So I'm having this weird issue with some of the GUI elements. The most obvious being with the red circle in the 3D camera tracker.
For some reason it is enormous filling the entire picture.

any idea how to fix this?

You can reduce the target size in the effects controls.

This very large target could indicate there's an issue with your solve and it is measuring in a very large scale.
