The different radius pixels value in Gaussian blur in After Effects and in Photoshop

Why the radius pixels value in Gaussian blur in After Effects is different than the radius pixels value in Gaussian blur in Photoshop? With the same radius pixels value you get two different results. What is the comparison value between these two? S.O.S

Presumably the underlying number of iterations is different and/ or PS may do some extra value conversion in relation to its DPI logic, which AE doesn't have, of course.
