The extension windows turned gray

Question

when I open an extension, it turns out to be just a gray or strange screenI tried changing registry files, reinstalling, changing xml files, nothing helped. I did not find this error on the Internet

What are your system specifications? Could you check if it is happening only to the extension or to the After Effects panels as well? I see you're using an old version of After Effects. Can you install the latest version and check if the issue persists? Also, if it's only the extensions, I'd recommend reaching out to their support team to see if they can help.

Note: You can keep the 2021 and the latest version at the same time. If you remove the 2021 version, you won't be able to install it again.
