The green line

Hey!

I have a problem with After Effects right now. I have Adobe After Effects CC 2019.

Im trying to do a video BUT the green line is hacking, I don't know how to explain it just look:

When i play the video, the video is like hacking....if the video is gonna play, the line has to be completely green, right?

Im also new at After Effects so thats why i'm asking.

What should i do?

Check the preview options. This looks like it's only rendering every 2nd frame. That is something you can set up - sometimes useful on heavy effect load to decrease preview rendering times.
