The live link extension cannot be opened

Hello out there,I have the following problem: I want to open the extension from Live Link. It shows it but no dialog box opens.I'm working on Macbook in version AE 2022, but it didn't work in 2023 version either.Another question: how do you open a .reg file? Because with that I wanted to fix it, but it doesn't work either.Maybe someone else had this problem and can help me.Thanks in advance!Johanna

You have to ask the Autodesk people. All I know is that Live Link isn't updated regularly and always lags massively behind in which versions it supports, which makes it pretty much useless. And *.reg file can be anything. That in itself doesn't tell us much. Either it's simply a registration key file or a specific set of keys to be imported into the Windows Registry, which would make it irrelevant for Macs, anyway.
