AE's raytracing engine was removed in AE 2020, Oct/Nov 2019.

what's your opinion on this should i downgrade to 2019 for better performance ??? 🙂

Ray-tracing was removed because NVIDIA kept changing things and it never worked very well anyway. The C4D render engine has some different limitations, but if you really need to extrude and animate 3D layers just setup the Classic 3D rendering engine, add your camera, lights, text, shape layers, complete the animation, then export your project to a Maxon Cinema 4D file using the File menu, import the newly created C4D file and do your extrusions and 3D animation there. It will render faster and you will have a lot more options.
