Hello everyone, I purchased adobe creative cloud student subscription on 6th of January. Everytime I try to install I get this error saying permission may be required. I have checked my laptop to see if I have admin rights and I do. So I am not sure what am doing wrong or how I can resolve this issue. Tried calling adobe team. Even after 15 minutes I couldn't get connected to a customer support person. Kindly help attaching the link of the screenshot.

First, sign-in to your Adobe account to confirm your subscription is active and payment details are current & accurate.   You might also need to verify your student enrollment.

If you still need help, scroll down to Contact Adobe on the same page.

Dear Nancy,

Thank you for your help. I had gone through few past community issues and solutions and now everything works.

You should always specify Mac or Windows, and exact operating system, when asking a question

When you are installing or updating on a Mac, that is your Mac asking you to prove that you have permission by asking for your COMPUTER password, not your Adobe password

For Windows right click the program icon and select Run as Administrator, which is NOT the same thing as running the computer with a Windows Administrator account, and which fixes several "odd" problems
