I want this ball have a motion behind the cup. For that I use inverted matte. When ball cross cup handle, only portion of the ball behind the cup handle should be invisible & other portion should be visible. How it can be done? video is uploaded as well.

Along with the mask around the cup, you need to mask the area inside the cup handle as well. For better understanding, I am attaching a screenshot in which I've highlighted the area.

I did it but it did not work because this is a simplified version of the issue. There is other ball in motion as well but it is jumping in to the cup & againg jumping outside. I will upload second video as well.
