I just followed this tutorial (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=F5Puk6FlhqM&t=19s) and now want to export this to my Premiere Pro video project... how do I do this? On export, there is a lot of options: "add to adobe media encoder queue", "add to render queue", etc. Alternatively... could i find this project by going to Premiere Pro and then importing this AE file into my Premiere Pro project? thank you!!

Hi HannahBrown593,

Thanks for writing in.

Importing the After Effects project in Premiere Pro is what I'd suggest. Exporting the project through "add to adobe media encoder queue", "add to render queue" and importing that file in Premiere Pro is another way to do it but it could cause quality loss (minor).

Hope it helps.

Thanks,

Nishu
