Unable to download the 16.2.1 (I stay on a 2018 version)

Hello.

I own a desktop, on wich I could download the 16.2.1 version 1 month ago. After this I made several works on a project, on this desktop. But I own too a laptop (with windows 7 and 64 bits), and despite several recent update (and even uninstallation), I stay on the 15.2.1. version. I don't understand why !

So I can't open a file on my laptop that I worked before on my desktop ! AE tells me : "After Effect error : the file you try to open was created with AE v16.1.1 (64 bits) and can't be opened with actual version"

And indeed in my windows repertory I can see I have only the "2018" version, not the 2019 one.


Then what is wrong with my updates/downloads ?

After Effects v16 is compatible only with Microsoft Windows 10 (64 bit) versions 1703 (Creators Update) and later.

What is strange is the fact that I have no problem with Photoshop or Illustrator : I could download the 2019 version of both a few monthes ago. But with AE : no possibility, always the "old" version...
