Unable to see or install any plug-ins - M3 Macbook Pro

hey guys, i just upgraded to a m3 pro macbook today and transferred my data through migration assistant. it seems like only a few of my after effects plug-ins transferred, and i'm unable to install any new ones or see some of my previously installed ones like sapphire and bcc. does anyone have a fix for this?
