Unexpected error when exporting a comp. Error code: 1

Question

Hey everyone,

Since the new update, I've been having a lot of issues and errors. This is the latest one that is not allowing me to render a file. Even after a restart, this still wont work.

Anyone else see this or have a solution?

If you are in a hurry, the first thing I would do is open the Creative Cloud app, select the 3 dots next to the After Effects app icon and roll back to a previous version that was working. With a decent internet connection, you'll be up and running again in about 10 minutes.

If you want to troubleshoot we need a system and OS details right down to the last decimal point and probably a list of 3rd party plug-ins, extensions, and other goodies you may have installed. Updating your GPU drivers may be a good place to start.
