Unnecessary flowchart when premiere pro clips with an after effects composition

Well today i was editing a video and replacing some the clips with an after effects composition, multiple times throughout the day i had selected multiple layers into one composition and had no issue with editing keyframes, however when i was editing multiple layers of some text and making it into a composition after effects has now decided to make every layer into a composition flowchart every single time i replace a clip in premiere pro for an after effects composition, i have to manually add effects to multiple layers of keyframes of which I did not have to do before, and even for single layers of text it is putting it into a flowchart,

Some of the compositions before this issue happened still have no issues, I have attached images of this before & after it occurred

If anyone can help me resolve this issue it would be much appreciated,

Been searching for multiple hours for a fix
