Unsupported Video Driver Error

Community Beginner ,

Hi,

I keep getting unsupported video driver when opening After Effects. My PC has a dedicated GTX 760 inside, so not sure why it's showing Intel Graphics 4600.

What should I do?

You need to spend soem time straightening out your graphics setup up to the point of disabling the intel graphics in the EFI/ BIOS. AE will always use the primary graphics adapter and the order matters. That also goes for the device manager, so check things there. Boot into safe mode, remove the two graphics adapters and let Windows reinstate them.
