The following is a scene originally from Unreal.
The camera is moving forward. We added a noise layer over the leaves' alpha (in order to create celebration effect). But the output seems to be a little trippy which wasn't the intended effect.
How to resolve this?

Animate the size of the Fractal Noise effect along with dollying in to create the illusion as if it's pinned. If this is in Unreal, though, why not simply modify the shader there?
