Hello, Please explain that you can use the key and fill output of the After Effects application with the Black Magic declinck pro 4k card simultaneously the same as CG in tv

After Effects cannot output in real time. You need CG software for that. There are some apps compatible with Black Magic cards. Contact them for specifics. It's not going to happen with After Effects. The entire mechanism is not designed for real-time output.

Once rendered you can output in real time through Premiere Pro, but even Premiere requires rendering for full resolution playback when effects are applied.

It is possible to use the TRICASTER mixer using NDI technology, but we need to do this using the AF software.

I repeat what Rick said: there is nothing live about After Effects.

AE can create key and fill files for the Tricaster, but they won't be live.
