Cuando abro After Effects me aparece esta ventanita de error.

Hi JulioVdlM,

 

What's the version of After Effects you're using? Are you on MacOS or Windows? Are you able to create a new document without the error? Or it shows up as soon as you launch? Also, what happens when you click OK in the error?
