Version 23 still not showing up

I've been waiting for version 23 to become available in my Creative Cloud app for download, but it still hasn't arrived. I wouldn't mind waiting except that my client with whom I share files is on version 23. The only way I can open up his After Effects projects on my system is by using the beta version of After Effects. I gathered that this is a plased release, but does anyone know when it will be complete?

Thank you for the tip, I think I figured it out. For anyone else with the same problem, after noticing strange behavior on the page linked, I disconnected from my VPN momentarily. I was instantly notified by the Creative Cloud App that I had updates available including After Effects. I was still able to download them after reconnecting.
