Recently I updated to new version v 23.0 but app shows old version v 22.6.0. How to fix it?

Thanks for the screenshot. The icon pinned to the Taskbar will not update with the app. Open the latest version from the Creative Cloud desktop app and pin its icon.

Have you tried opening After Effects 23.0 from the Creative Cloud desktop app?

Usually I open from taskbar.
