Video purple after rendering in After effects Render preview shows correct colors

Hi All,

I have been running into a rendering issue with AE. 
After rendering, my animation is purple. And I have no idea what it might be.  
I have a transparent background, and I am rendering QuickTime .mov RGB + Alpha. In the render preview, I see the colors I have added, but once it's done rendering and I go to check. The animation is different colors of purple and white.  (see examples) First one is what I see in the preview and the second one is what I get in after rendering.
