Video while editing does not obey "Work Area Start" point. KIndly help!

Hi, need help! While editing, despite moving the "Work Area Start" point to 01.00s, the video plays from 00.00s. Earlier it use to start from where the "Work Area Start" point is. Similar it does not obey the "Work Area End" point too. This is becoming time consuming. Kindly guide!

Welcome to the Community.

What do you have selected as Range in the Preview panel? If it's "Entire Duration", change it to "Work Area" or "Work Area Extended By Current Time".
