Hola, estuve avanzando mi animación en After y luego el programa se cerró. cuando lo volví abrir me apareció un aviso que me pedia que instale un archivo, lo hice y ahora no puedo ver que pasa con mi projecto, la pantalla me sale negro. todo esta ahí pero no me sale ningún elemento que ya estaba animado.

Sorry for your issue.

As Oussk suggested, did you try updating the GPU driver? Did it help? If not, we'd need more information so that we can troubleshoot the issue properly.

  • What are your system specifications (CPU, GPU, RAM, OS version)?
  • The exact version of After Effects.
  • If possible, please share a screenshot or screen recording of the issue.

We're here to help, just need more info.

Hey! Thank you so much for reply to my problem, I still have it.

The version that I use for After is Version 17.5.0 (Build 40)

I have a Lenovo, It use Windows 10, RAM 16. I have never had a problem like this, I really need a solution ASAP

I use Premier too and is everything okey, should be the same with After right? I don't know what is going on

 

I don't know where I can see If I have the last version of my GPU driver, help me please

Check your GPU driver and be sure you're on the latest update
