So today for some unknow reason I am getting "Adobe After Effects error code 19972" and nothing will export. I used After Effects yesterday no issue. Now every project is giving me this error. I uninstalled After Effects and reinstalled it. Does anyone know what to do to fix this error. Beyond Frustrated right now and need to get this project exported with the finishing touches.

Write Down the Frame Number Where Export Fails
When the export stops and shows an error, note which frame or second it stopped at.
Go to That Frame in Your Timeline (convert frame to seconds if needed)
In After Effects, go to the timeline and jump to that frame or time.
Export Just That Small Section
Try to export a very small part around that problem frame (a few frames before and after).
Turn Off Layers One by One
In that section, turn off (hide with the eye icon) each layer one by one.
After turning off each layer, try exporting again.
Find and Replace the Problem Layer
When the export works, the last layer you turned off is the problem!
Replace that file (image, video, audio, or effect) with a fresh one.
That’s it! Error solved.
Just check, test, and replace. This method always works, even if it takes a little patience.
