What is reference code 205?

Tried to update AfterEffects, and got this message: “Sorry, After Effects has encountered an error and needs to close. You will not be able to use After Effects at this time. Please contact Customer Support and use the reference code 205 for more information on how to resolve this issue.” Can anyone help me make sense of this? I see no listing of reference codes nor any link to Customer Support… only this forum.
