Hi all. Please help me find such an animation or transition for text in Adobe After Effects. I searched through all the templates, but did not find anything that matches this.

2) and transition along with text animation

I'm not clear what you're asking. It's all just basic keyframing of a few parameters like scale, opacity and glow/ blur. Takes three minutes to re-create and isn't necessarily based on any of the stock presets, but simple enough to do.
