Question

What is the shortcut to center an anchor point?

Control + Alt + Home doesn't work for me.

I actually hate shortcuts that involve any of the F1-F12 keys or the Home/End/ PgDown/ PgUp Keys.

Those keys typically don't work because everyone's computer has different uses for those keys.

Technically, there are two CENTERS that involve the Anchor Point, you may center the Anchor Point relative to the layer or you may center the Anchor Point relative to Comp Space. Both Commands are available via shortcuts in the Keyboard Shortcuts Visualizer (KSV) — (1) Center Anchor Point in Layer Content and (2) Center Layer in View. The latter Command places the Anchor Point at the center of the Comp.

You can use the KSV to create your preferred shortcuts for these Commands. I have mine set to ALT+; and ALT+SHIFT+; for centering the AP in Layer Content and Center Layer in View, respectively. HTH

You can do it holding down the CONTROL key in your keyboard and double-click on the Pan Behind tool on your toolbar.
