What's the difference between "attributes", "properties" and "parameters" in After Effects?

When you talk about Expressions, it is mainly called "attributes" as a part of the programming language terminology,

but there are no other differences between these terms.

In my daily work, I prefer to differ "properties" (e.g. Size) and "parameters" (e.g. X-size, Y-size, Z-size). But there are no strict rules for it.

No real difference. People use this terminology interchangeably all the time depending on what their background is with other programs. Just because AE calls it a "property" doesn't mean it is anything different from an "attribute" in a 3D program. No need to overthink this, really, as long as you know where stuff is...
