Question

When I render my video, all my text disappears!

Whenever I render my final video, all the text is gone. All the text shows up in the editing preview, in the composition flowchart, but not in the final product. I tried opening the project in premiere which shows the text while the preview is playing, but if I pause it, it will disappear after a few seconds. Exporting from premiere also results in the text disappearing. There don't seem to be any answers to this question in the forum elsewhere so if screenshots of my workflow would help, please let me know.

Are your text layers Guide layers? They shouldn't be.

Are your text layers 3D layers?  If they are, are you using the Active Camera View in the preview window?  The Active view is what is rendered, regardless of what view is previewed.

be sure you text is not a guide layer, also it's better if you can post some screenshot so we can understand the problem better

The layers are not guide layers, I don't think. And as you can see, the active camera view is being used in the preview window, so I don't think the text is a 3D layer.

I figured it out and realized that I made a huge oversight: my text wasn't placed above the footage layer which hid it all! Silly mistake, but thank you for your reponses!
