When using after effects the ram usage goes to 100% but only uses less than 10GB of installed 64 GB

When using After Effects, the RAM usage goes to 100% but only uses less than 10GB of the 64 GB installed. I've been having this for a long time. At first, I thought maybe the RAMs are faulty, and then I ran Prime95 to make sure the RAMs aren't faulty. When I ran it, the RAM usage went to 100% and used almost all 64GB. I only have this issue with after effects.
