Where is the Extensions menu??

Hello everyone. I install AE CS6, CC and CC 2017 via Creative Cloud but I can't find Extensions menu in CS6 and CC (in CC 2017 it's showing up and works normally).

I've searched in the forum and saw only one thread talk about this problem and no answer.

I'm using Windows 7 x64.

    AFAIK, AE supports entension up to CC2014.
