Why do I keep getting glitches in After effects?

So I was making twixtor clips and I started to notice some glitching within my composition. Whenever I close out of AE and reopen it the glitches either disappear or are in different areas than they were before. However, when I go to export the video, there are glitches in my clips. I realized that my composition FPS was set to 60, and my clips were in 30 FPS, but even when I switched the composition back to 30 FPS I was still getting glitches.

Does anyone know where these glitches are coming from and how I can fix this problem?

Stock answer no. 1: Update your graphics driver, check your hardware acceleration settings and also check the GPU acceleration settings in Twixtor. It's not necessarily an isolated problem, it could just be that you are exhausting your graphics card's resources.
