why does mir3 effect in after effect Disarrange colors and reduce quality?

i have a problem with Mir3 effect, when i use it in after effect and watch preview in the app there is no problem, but when i export the video by H264 in media encoder the part of video that Mir3 effect  is used, reduse quality and dissarange colors.
