Question

Why Is There Not Any Information On Morphing "Multiple Paths?"

So, I have been using After Effects for a few years now, and know even less than I did two years ago. However, I do understand the finer art of Morphing. Pretty simple really to get a couple of different shapes or a "letter or a word" to morph if that is what you are after.

However, I am after morphing two logos (attrached). I've tried a variety of techniques, but, without success. I am to the point where I don't think it is possible.

If you might have an answer that does not take a PhD to solve, can you share, or at the very least let me know?

Thank you,

Sky

Not ssure what you're looking for. You still tackle it on a shape-by-shape basis, with the only addition being to cross-fade the elements once they meet. However, in your case a morph would be the last thing I would think of. The skinny font literally screams "Please make me some animated lines that crawl into to fat solid text like snakes." Or even exploding the text letter by letter and transforming it into some intermediate animated elements (black/ grey blocks with varying colors/ opacities) and then re-inegrating into the new logo. You really don't need a morph here unless you go for a "It's cheesy, but it's 1990 and I need to show off my computer's capabilities and my super expensive software." vibe.

Mylenium,

First, before I get to entrenched into your solve, you can just say, based on what I have written, and the fact AE does not have an easy solve for multiple paths to be morphed, it cannot be done!!

I realize what you are saying, and appreciate your input, but, you are looking at patented corporate logos. There is not a chance these will change. The idea is one logo is "MORPHING" into the other logo as one! Now, if you have an idea that works, and will not take hours to to produce or creat, I'm listening. However, if you are just answering with a thought here, and a thought there, well, this forum is not the place!!
