Such issues are typical signs of a "bad" font with open paths, too many overlapping anchor points and illogical grouping in the glyphs. The only real solution would be to indeed find a better font or rework and clean up the existing one.

A specific font often causes the problem. Try using another font or re-installing the font that is giving you problems. 

 

The problem can also be caused by converting fonts to shape layers or outlines before creating the 3D layers.

Its our branding font (Jost) so I can't change it, if I create shapes fron text then this issue doesn't come. but editable access of text will lost. Client can ask anytime to change/edit the text that's why I am looking any solution in this case.
