Will this processor "xeon w-2135" be good and supported by After Effects 2024 and premier pro?

Will this processor "xeon 2680 v4" be good and supported by After Effects 2024 and premier pro?

i will used those processors inside workstations PCs
like HP z440 and Dell T5820
with RX 480 4 GB vga card

They should work but you may find rendering is quite slow given the number of cores and the cpu speed for those CPUs. The issue may be more the GPU. That's at the very lowest end of supported GPUs for AE now.
