AE PAINT/Clone Stamp Options - Presets retain DIFFERENT values for all parameters

Hello,

1. As someone who uses PAINT/Clone Options everyday for video restoration, I'm frustrated by the lack of efficiency having to contstantly go back to the PAINT tool palette to make minor adjustments while painting.

2. It would be extremely valuable if the Clone Stamp tool got its own tool palette and options, as noted below.

A) it would be awesome if the the PRESET buttons hold DIFFERENT values for all of the parameters, not just Source Layer, x/y offset, and Source time shift, but ALSO include the Opacity, Flow, (blend)Mode, Channels, and Duration. 

Seems like CloneS tamp needs to break off from PAINT as its own tool.

B) While the above redesign is happening, keeping the NumPad Opacity Options, please add the following:

"*" = (at pointer location) pop-up context menu for Blend Mode

"-" =  decrease the Source Time Shift by 1

"+" = increase the Source Time Shift by 1
