Camera Tracker Missing features

The Camera Tracker is in dire need need of an Advanced Feature set.

Film back size with known/approximate focal length with savable presets. FOV is not enough. FOV is the result of Film Back & Focal Length, not the other way around.
Supervised trackers. there needs to be a way to use motion trackers in camera tracker as supervised trackers to assist in the solving of the camera and estimate of the point trackers. this is a must have.
Make masks work on the layer for the exclusion and inclusion of areas for the point trackers to track. no more of this precomping masks to ignore objects.
A solve button. let me choose when I want to solve
A real lens distortion workflow. This should be comprised of a few things: First, please go look at what Russ Anderson has done with the lens distortion workflow from Syntheyes to After Effects. It is a simple a brilliantly executed workflow with an actual lens distortion plug in and a lens grid tool. that's your model. Second, Native STMap support. AE should have the ability to read and write STMaps for lens distortion. and Third. Solve for distortion on solve.
