Enable animation on CC Line Sweep's Direction & Thickness parameters

The CC Line Sweep transition plugin is missing the animation function on two of its parameters. Direction & Thickness are missing the animation feature to be able to keyframe or use expressions.

    Thanks for making this request. Those two parameters have not been enabled for animation in any previous version, so I've moved and relabeled your report as a feature request. Please let me know if you feel the title doesn't correctly reflect your request.
