Export After Effects Comp Markers to .csv

I'd like to be able to export After Effects composition markers to a .csv as I can do in both Premiere Pro and Audition (and be able to import .csv markers from these programs, as well).

Additionally: Something I've found is that Premiere Pro and Audition export their markers in different ways in their respective .csv files. It would be nice to standardize the .csv to streamline export/import into other Adobe programs. I'll post a separate feature request for this.
