Keyboard shortcut for Tracking Forward/backward 1 frame

hello i need a way to enable the hotkey of this command that drives me crazy, forward/backward 1 frame. help me to do it, if it is not possible to do it is there a plugin to do it? has anyone solved or can guide me? my broken fingers will thank you forever.

uhmm yes ins ome way fix the problem cause i can move forward or back and tracking clicking the point of the mask and moving the mouse, but is just the control of preview not of the command track forward. anyway thank you cause fixed the problem at 50%
