Radial Minimax Effect.

Radial minimax would be great. Like radial blur but you could take advantage of the hightlights in your footage, achieving another type of look.

You could put a regular radial blur between 2 exposures with 0.1 and 10 gamma but it doesn't really work sometimes.

I think this could be a nice effect to add.
